MCT Oil Salad Dressings: Creamy Basil Vinaigrette
Wondering how to get more fat into your salad? Brain Octane MCT oil, of course!
You might already know that Brain Octane is a brain-powering, fat-burning part of Bulletproof Coffee, but it’s also excellent in MCT oil salad dressing. Here’s why. MCT oil brings out the fat-soluble flavors in foods. It’s flavorless, so it won’t compete with the flavors of other ingredients. And because Brain Octane is pure C8 MCT oil, it boosts ketone energy better than plain coconut oil alone.
Here are some of the salad dressings I use on a daily basis. All of them are made with Brain Octane MCT oil. And unlike store-bought salad dressings, these satisfying dressing are free of excess sugars, trans fats and hydrogenated oils. Dress your next salad with any of these MCT oil salad dressing recipes — your tastebuds will thank you. Enjoy!
