Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab
If you have serious chocolate cravings right now, then you can’t go wrong with this chocolate slab recipe, which is like a rich chocolate fudge sprinkled with Bulletproof Collagen Protein Bars. Use your favorite Collagen Protein Bar to complement the pumpkin spice flavor, like Vanilla Shortbread or Fudge Brownie (or a mix of both). Pro tip: Store your chocolate slab in the freezer for emergency snack attacks.
Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab

Start to Finish: 2 hours
Ingredients:
- 4 Collagen Protein Bars, chopped into squares
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup raw, unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup cacao butter (not melted)
- 2 Tbsp. Grass-Fed Ghee
- A generous pinch of salt
- Sweetener of choice to taste
Instructions:
- Add the ghee and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted.
- Now add the chocolate powder, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine.
- Line a small-medium sized container with baking paper.
- Pour the liquid chocolate into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped Collagen Protein Bars over the top of the chocolate.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- When it’s ready, slice chocolate slab into 12 even squares and enjoy.
