Chocolate Golden Milk Latte
Chocolate Golden Milk Latte recipe & content provided by Sheridan Austin
This thick and creamy Chocolate Golden Milk Latte might literally make you happy. Why? Cacao powder and turmeric have been shown to boost mood[1] and reduce inflammation.[2] Turmeric and cacao are also high in antioxidants, which are essential for keeping chronic diseases and aging at bay.
This golden milk latte is a delicious, warming drink. Drink it instead of coffee in the morning, or use it to perk up in the middle of your workday. You can also make this golden milk as sweet as you like to balance the bitter flavors from cacao.
Be careful about drinking your golden milk latte late in the day, since the energizing effects of cacao might keep you awake at night. For best results, enjoy in the morning or early afternoon (before 2 p.m.).
