Chocolate Golden Milk Latte

Start to Finish: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat canned coconut milk (BPA-free)
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 2 teaspoons low-glycemic sugar substitute or granulated monk fruit, or 4 drops of liquid stevia
  • 1 tablespoon Collagelatin, or 1/2 tablespoon gelatin

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients together and begin warming on medium to low heat.
  2. Stir the mixture until well combined and Collagelatin has dissolved.
  3. Optional: For a frothy consistency, blend the mixture in a blender on medium to high speed for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour into a mug and serve.
