Coffee Panna Cotta

For those moments when you want coffee and dessert, this Coffee Panna Cotta hits all the right notes. It gives you all the goodness of Bulletproof Coffee, but has the benefit of being chilled, smooth and deliciously creamy—just how a gorgeous panna cotta should be. For this recipe, use any brewed Bulletproof Ground Coffee flavor. For even more deliciousness, add ingredients like cinnamon or vanilla to your Coffee Panna Cotta.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Brewed Coffee
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Collagen Peptides
- 1 ¾ tsp Bulletproof Collagelatin
- 1 tbsp filtered water
Garnish
- 1/4 tsp Cacao Powder (shaved)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add the Collagelatin and water and stir to combine. Set this aside for a minute or two to allow it to "bloom" and thicken.
- When the gelatin has bloomed, add in 1/4 cup of brewed coffee, 1 tsp of MCT Oil and 1 tbs of Chocolate Collagen Peptide. Heat on low until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
- Now add the remaining brewed coffee and stir to combine. Remove the pan from heat.
- Pour the mixture into two small glass jars, then place them in the fridge to set, which should take about 1 to 2 hours.
- When they’re ready, garnish, serve and enjoy.
