Creamy Keto Affogato

There’s something magical about the way an affogato blends hot and cold, dessert and coffee, bitter and sweet. You’ve got cold, silky-smooth chocolate ice cream which turns into a creamy, floaty, delicious mess when the hot espresso is poured on top.

This affogato recipe uses this chocolate chocolate Bulletproof ice cream, but you could also make your affogato with these coconut and vanilla varieties. If you’re unable to eat eggs, I would highly recommend trying Chocolate Cookie Dough Keto Ice Cream or Chocolate Coconut Keto Ice Cream for this recipe, which are low-carb, egg-free, and don’t require an ice cream maker. You can even try egg-free keto coffee ice cream if you’re looking for intense coffee flavor.
For this affogato recipe, I also used a small cookie scoop to create the little ice cream balls rather than one big ball. No matter how you serve it, the final result will be just as creamy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1-2 scoops prepared keto ice cream
- 2 oz Bulletproof Original Decaf Ground Coffee
Instructions
- Using an ice cream scoop, add ice cream to a short glass.
- Pour coffee over the ice cream and enjoy immediately.
