Keto Activated Charcoal Smoothie
Charcoal smoothie recipe & content provided by Rosie Tran, Kale In The Clouds
Activated charcoal is one of my favorite ways to support a healthy gut, especially when I’m on the go. This charcoal smoothie is a delicious way to collect all of its naturally detoxifying benefits in a sweet and creamy beverage.

How does activated charcoal work? With a carbon source like coconut shells, high temperatures transform these materials into an “activated” powder that creates highly absorbent particles. This kind of charcoal has millions of pores to bind and remove toxins from your body — the same kind that can cause gas and bloating.[1]
This charcoal smoothie is packed with gut-loving ingredients. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides allow your body to quickly and gently digest its vital amino acids. Brain Octane adds antifungal and antiviral benefits, while cauliflower brings fiber and creaminess without a strong flavor. And with a natural sweetener like xylitol or stevia, this charcoal smoothie isn’t packed with sugary fruit that could make you crash.
Enjoy this charcoal smoothie whenever you need a quick detox from travel, unhealthy foods, or toxin-filled environments.
