No pumpkin here… but these pumpkin spice sweet potato fries have the perfect combination of natural sweetness and warm, spicy flavors. They are incredibly easy to make and will help you warm up as the weather gets chilly.

Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Fries

Start to Finish: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large sweet potato
- 3 tablespoons Grass-Fed Ghee
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons stevia (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Chocolate dipping sauce ingredients:
- 1 high-quality dark chocolate bar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
- Wash the sweet potato and slice into rustic fry shapes.
- Combine ghee with spices in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add sweet potato fries to the bowl and toss until the ghee and spices evenly coat the sweet potato.
- Lay the fries evenly on a baking sheet. Avoid overlapping.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- For crisper fries, broil for an additional 10 minutes.
- Prepare chocolate sauce: Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate with coconut oil and stir until melted and combined.
- Serve warm.
